Agree with everyone saying they have to wait an hour or more. I did as well on several visits as they have two rooms and Dr Martin likes to have his next patient prepped, ready and waiting for him. I’ve arrived with the same appointment time as another patient. They put us in the two rooms and she sat there and waited for 45 minutes while my appointment was completed. A real money grab with no consideration of his patient’s time. He doesn’t like questions and will snap back and speak over. Apparently questions take up his precious time as well. Last treatment was a front tooth veneer that wasn’t the right colour match. Dr Martin applied it and after several revisits to try to resolve the incorrect colour match, he wasn’t prepared to offer a new veneer. Instead he just polished it and tried to bleach it. I left unhappy each time and finally he said “well the colour is never going to match.” He was happy to take money for a service he was not skilled to perform. Other dentists use scanning to give exact colour matches, but Dr Martin doesn’t appear willing to invest in the latest technology. Agree with everyone that the clinic staff are absolutely lovely. I feel sorry for how many times a day they must have to apologise for his delays. Also don’t appreciate the way he speaks to his young dental assistants with the same arrogance he treats his patients with. Hope they find a more respectful workplace. I have found a new dentist who has incredible technology, no wait time, lovely respectful communication and care. They are out there. Don’t waste another minute or hard earned dollar on Dr Martin’s services.

With six kids, all of whom have experienced trauma and some with autism and ADHD, finding a dental practice that is truly understanding and compassionate has been so important to us. From the moment we walk in, every staff member makes our children feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. They take the time to ensure each child’s needs are met, and they always go above and beyond—like making a custom mouthguard for my son’s football season. We appreciate their gentle, patient approach and the way they create such a welcoming environment. We rebook every six months without hesitation because we know our family is in the best hands. If you are looking for a dental team that is skilled, kind, and truly caring, Martin Dental is the place to go!

I've never liked going to dentists but for the first time in my life, I can honestly say that I now enjoy having a dentist appointment. I know this sounds a bit weird and all I can say is that I now get the dental care I need, with fantastic customer service and efficiency, at a price that is more than reasonable. My wife and I have had a few minor dental issues over the years but we weren't satisfied with the dental treatment, the cost and the customer service we received at our previous dental practice. We'd searched for a new dentist a couple of times over the last 20 years but it wasn't until last year that we came across Martin Dental. Dr Martin is obviously very skilled at his profession but what really stands out to us is the care and empathy he demonstrates for his patients; it is like nothing we have ever experienced before. Likewise, Belinda at reception is absolutely outstanding in terms of her efficiency and genuinely friendly manner, and we actually feel very fortunate to have found Martin Dental. As I mentioned earlier, I now look forward to my dentist appointments because a) I know that I'll get the treatment I need, b) by a caring dentist, and c) not pay a small fortune for unnecessary work. And to top it all off, the outstanding customer service provided by Belinda rounds out the truly first-class experience. Very, very highly recommended.

I could not be happier with the service at Martin Dental! The receptionists are wonderful, Belinda is so accommodating, friendly and kind! Dr Martin is so efficient, gentle, friendly and is a perfectionist which is exactly what I want when having anything done with my teeth! I am 37 weeks pregnant and my gums have been sensitive, and I chipped my from tooth, he fixed my tooth as well as a check up and clean with in 30mins, and the tooth looks amazing! This is after squeezing me in before Bub arrives so I don’t have to go with a new born. I have been going to Dr Martin for almost 10 years and have always been extremely happy with his work! Again cannot recommend enough they go above and beyond always!
