The cheapest crown I ever got and the most professional service too! Also their technology is the latest! Super impressed with how quick and smooth everything was. Dr Albert was amazing! Super clear, he explained everything in detail. Reception also super helpful and friendly. I even want to get two more done! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Thankyou to all the staff at Value Dental Helensvale. Dr. Albert is so calm, knowledge, great communication. I felt very cared for and listened to. I had shocking teeth from smoking, lots of black fillings, receded gums also very out of line. Dr. Albert worked his magic and I am so delighted to have a healthy set of zirconia crowns that not only look great, I now have a correct bite and still be able to eat and drink and keep the look. My first up experts Value Dental has been very positive. Caring, gentle dentist who has been very thoughtful and professional. First procedure was remarkably pain free. I have several more visits over the next 10 months which I’m now much less anxious about. Highly recommended and much less risk than going overseas…..I’ve been there!!

I want to share my experience with this clinic because it may reassure anyone feeling anxious about getting their wisdom teeth removed. I had put the procedure off for well over a decade due to hearing so many horror stories, but my experience here was genuinely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was almost in tears from anxiety and the reception team was warm, friendly and attentive, which immediately helped ease my nerves. My initial consultation was with Dr. Hadi Malak, whom I cannot recommend highly enough!!!!He is knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly thorough. He explained every step of the process, discussed potential complications and made sure I felt fully informed and comfortable before moving forward. On the day of the procedure, I was still extremely anxious, but once things began, I realised how painless and smooth everything was. I’ve never had the local anaesthesia before and Dr. Hadi administered it so gently that I barely noticed it! Throughout the procedure, Dr. Hadi talked me through each step, checked in constantly and played music to help me relax. Three of the teeth were removed quickly and completely painless!! I know it varies on the case, but mine were super fast. The fourth tooth was positioned on top of a nerve, something Dr. Hadi had explained during the consultation. When it got a bit more stubborn, Dr. Allan stepped in and within minutes the tooth was out and he was stitching it - again with no pain!! Both doctors were calm, reassuring and highly skilled! The entire team in the room checked on me almost every other minute just to make sure I was comfortable. Nurse Serita was extra supportive and she made sure to cover any needles or teeth as requested by me (‘Special thank you for that, Serita’).
I was given medication and aftercare instructions and sent home without any complications. Just saw Dr. Hadi after 5 days, everything is going well, no swelling (again i know it varies, but i had none) and him and I both are very happy with the healing process. I highly recommend this clinic and the doctors!!!! Ask questions, follow the aftercare, breathe through the nerves, and trust the team - they truly know what they’re doing!
