Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’ve had my fair share of dentist that didn’t numb enough and I felt a lot so that put me off seeing a dentist so therefore my teeth paid the price for it, the moment I walked in feeling sick in the stomach those beautiful girls behind the desk just put me at ease, little bit of laughter went along way, so friendly it was amazing. Then there was Dr Lizzie Dove OMG what an amazing young lady she made me feel at ease straight away, explained exactly how everything was going to go, she did an incredible job, her assistant was lovely also he did a great job assisting her. So if you feel scared, anxiety creeping in, have had really bad experience please go see the girls here you won’t be disappointed they are that good I’m going back. Keep up they great work 💜

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dove and Evelyn. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, and the clinic had such a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Dove explained everything clearly, made sure I felt completely at ease, and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She was so gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Dr Huang at Pacific Smiles Dental Helensvale. I came to see him with my teeth in bad shape and he was friendly and not judgemental. We came up with a treatment plan and have begun getting them fixed up. I had 4 extractions done, he walked me through what to expect and the potential risks. He was extremely efficient and gentle. I am in no pain the following day because I have followed his instructions. The reception team have been friendly and helpful. I’m usually very anxious about the dentist but I feel no apprehension about going in for the rest of my treatment. Thank you Dr Huang
