I've been receiving dental care under Dr. Hagen Bertschy and I am constantly left astounded at his candor, his earnest professionalism and his ability to communicate any immediate or forthcoming dental care. I was introduced to this clinic via word of mouth and in the years I've been visiting this clinic, I've always left with a bigger smile than I've arrived (no pun intended.) I simply cannot say enough good things about the care I receive here and I will continue to spread the excellent and diligent work performed here - from the reception staff, dental assistants and Dentists. I appreciate all the care and diligence that all staff here carry themselves with. I will continue to spread how enamored I am with this clinic to as many people as I can. Dr.Naidoo fixed my crown but it was the other way and he had to grind my Zircon crown to put it in place,he ruined my expensive crown which has left a space between the gum and the crown!! Why do you go fir a job when you don't know how to do it. I will never come to this practice again nor advise anyone to see him!!
My family and I have been seeing Dr Mike Wang for a multitude of services for more than 10 years, such as 6-monthly check ups, fillings and tooth extractions (for braces). Dr Wang is friendly, educational and accommodating (he would work Saturdays so our whole family can get our check ups done in one day). I have continued to come to this practice even after moving several times. The practice is welcoming, clean and has multiple TVs at different angles to watch. Highly recommend.
Dr Mike Wang and his assistant performed an excellent job. They addressed all my concerns, were thorough and cleaned the extensive buildup of calculus off my teeth. My teeth look like new again! I'm very happy about that.
