I was actually recommended to Dr Micki by several people and couldn’t be more grateful! I have had a few terrible dental experiences recently, and she has changed my whole perspective on coming to the dentist. I wish I’d found her sooner and not had let my teeth get as bad. Both her and her nurse were so kind, gentle and always checking on me. I had past jaw issues and they took their time to make sure I was well rested in between all steps of their work and I wasn’t rushed when I needed a break. They both explained everything before it happened and I was never surprised or shocked. It was very calming. Dr Micki’s voice is so gentle and relaxing and her approach is very thorough and considerate of individual circumstances and medical issues. I am always very scared of being judged for my teeth, but was very comfortable here She was the first person to actually lead me to a diagnosis of unknown sleep issues and help improve my whole quality of life because she listens and cares. At my first exam she also gave me all my options and considered the long term benefits and genuinely discussed all treatments with me and alternative options- instead of pushing me into expensive treatment. I have complicated dental story and a lot of medical issues that affect my teeth and I felt very heard and comfortable. I knew immediately that she wasn’t just another person out to make money, but a genuine health professional. She is also the first dentist who took their time to tell me about strengthening gel for teeth to reverse smaller cavities. Very rare to find these days and I will recommend 100 times over! If you have dental anxiety or you worry about being judged for your teeth- I highly recommend her and lovely staff all around! Practice is lovely to. I am not scared to visit at all and I will never delay my treatment again, so very grateful!
Highly highly recommend Sandy! First time patient and I went for a check up and clean. I left super happy and in no pain at all! Some dentist can shred your gums during a clean but not Sandy, she was beautifully gentle! They’re sparkling and I am over the moon with the service I received :)
I was very nervous on Tuesday about bringing my 8mth old son with me. The dentist & assistant made me feel at ease. The dentist continually reassured me I was during a good job (I really appreciate it) & talked through everything she was doing. For someone with bad anxiety they really made me feel comfortable during my appointment 😊
