From Reception staff, my Dentist Zi and Brenda my Dental hygienist were all lovely on my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the next level quality of care. I learnt how to use picksters correctly, photos detailed my teeth at my pre clean condition. A Mouth cancer and tongue check, no one has been so thorough in my 62 years. Great communication, vision board and clear advice and explanations. Finishing with a hot face towel, wow who else does that?
I left my dentist of 20 years to try TC smiles for the first time. I had my first appointment today with Dr Zi Lin. Very professional and welcoming! I had a clean and check up! I was very impressed. Dr Lin took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve with my teeth. She made some recommendations and I now have a treatment plan in place. I highly recommend.
Excellent dental team 😁 I have met quite a few of the staff, first for an emergency appointment for my daughter and from there I never looked back. I and my children have had some bad experiences in the past, but the TC Smiles team have always been very professional, accommodating, compassionate, kind and friendly. I have always been treated respectfully and had treatment options explained thoroughly. They are never pushy about the treatments offered, have even suggested second opinions if necessary. I feel they are honest and certainly uphold a duty of care for their patients. My two boys who were nervous about their first visit, due to previous experiences at another provider, both walked out feeling happy, positive and empowered by their visit!!! Not everyday you hear that about a dental visit 😉 and they’ve both sworn off soft drinks 😱 Thank You so much TC team! Kids never want to take advice from their parents, but they were happy to take it from you 🤗 Thank you 🙏
Highly recommend TC Smiles South Tweed! I’m not one that usually likes visiting the dentist but the staff all made me feel very at ease and comfortable. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend Dr Sun. Not only is she a lovely person & great dentist (very professional) she goes out of her way to help you feel calm and explain what she is doing in an easy to understand manner.
