Always impressed with this place. The receptionist is warm, friendly and I enjoyed our exchange I always have. The new dentist Dr Kajal replacing Hannah, was superb. After extractions I usually feel numbness like a fat lip and cheek. I’ve never had a better extraction experience

Edit: I very much have been to this clinic. I want to say, "idk why they'd lie about it", but it's also clear why they'd lie. Scummy behaviour made worse. When I visited Dental on Kennedy, not only were the reception staff really quite mean about my having a voucher, their supposed "wheelchair accessibility" included a step at the front door. I was unable to get into the building without assistance and the receptionist literally watched as I fell out of my wheelchair trying to get out the door, didn't get up to help at all, and then acted like it was a huge annoyance that I even existed. And that's before we mention that the dentist ignored me saying I have a history of reactions to local anaesthetic, and then they just left me alone in the waiting room in my wheelchair while I was having a reaction. Really terrible behaviour. If you don't want to have disabled people in your office, don't offer services to disabled people with a voucher, and don't promote non existent "accessibility"

I had a dental visit with Dr Hannah Lee some years ago. I was using an emergency voucher, which I believe impacted on her discriminatory behaviour towards me. Firstly, I needed an X-ray. I have a very small mouth, the size of a young adolescent child, and the radiographic film was cutting very sharply and painfully into me. I expressed several times that I was in terrible pain, and Dr Lee became nasty with me, telling me I *had* to do it. I managed to do it and it really hurt. I learnt tonight that there are different sizes of the radiographic film, including for children, and she could have easily given me a smaller, more comfortable one. It is also possible she deliberately didn't have the protective covers on. Either way when I went to a nicer dentist it didn't hurt at all. Instead, she acted as if I was an hysterical female, acting melodramatic because I am a woman (or maybe because I am a poor person with an emergency voucher). To top it off, she diagnosed me with gum disease and said she didn't think I'd be able to see the periodontist because of my financial situation, so it was best she pull the tooth out. But not that day but another visit, so she could get more business. When I asked her how much a periodontist would charge she said she didn't know, but didn't think I'd be able to afford it. She almost wasn't going to write me a referral, but when I pressed her, she relented. I have since been to the periodontist many times, saving my money for visits. They saved my tooth too. I did not deserve to be told I wouldn't be able to afford it; I did not deserve to lose one of my teeth, and more as the disease progressed, just because Dr Hannah Lee doesn't feel poor people deserve to keep their teeth. This is not my real name to protect myself, because this is bigotted behaviour that deserves to be reported.

Just had my first dental appointment with Dr Hannah Lee. From the moment I walked in, right through to the end of my appointment, everyone was welcoming. Dr Lee and staff took time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. It is not often you can say visiting the dentist was a great experience but I can. Looking forward to my next check up in 6 months!

Just want to say Thankyou to Dental on Kennedy. From the reception all the way through to Dr Hannah Lee everyone was so nice! Had a small emergency over night and was able to call first thing in the morning and they found me an available spot and sorted everything out.
