Charlotte and her team are amazing. They've looked after both of our children with great care. Everytime our children have had treatment, they're always greeted with smiles and the staff remember everything about our kids including their hobbies and what they're in to. Really touched how my daughter was handled sensitively on her “Braces Off Day”. She is on the spectrum, has very low self esteem, and really loved having braces. The thought of having them removed, was quite emotional for her, and coincided with a lot of other changes going on. Beautiful Phoebe turned everything around for her, with perfect words of wisdom to lessen her anxiety. Kelly added her sunshine, and gentleness to the mix, and all I can say is……above and beyond service. Her teeth look beautiful, and she is smiling non-stop. Thank you so much!
