From the very beginning, Dr Tom constantly reassured me, explaining every detail both aesthetic and functional so I felt completely informed and confident. He made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless. He has such a calm, lovely disposition, and the quality of his work has been exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I also want to mention Cara at reception, who was always prompt, organised, and accommodating with my appointments.
