From the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed. The receptionists are lovely and Dr sleigh-Ann made the appointment so easy. My son is always quite nervous but we found Palm Beach Dental being so gentle, explaining the process which makes the entire experience so good. My son also needed clean and I’m actually blown away by the result, his teeth look so white now 🙌🏼 Can’t recommend this place enough, specially if you tossing up where to take your child! 10/10
This has to be the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The entire team worked together seamlessly as one, and the care and professionalism from the very first phone call to book the appointment right through to walking out the door was outstanding. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Not surprised by all the 5 star ratings. Perfection.
Amazing service! Jijesh is amazing, was welcoming and comforting. Very friendly and confident demeanour. Amazing work. Super happy with results. Made sure everything was done well. Amazing and friendly assistants and receptionist. 100% would recommend this dentist for everyone!
Receptionist on the phone is incredibly rude and dismissive, which is a shame as I work in the dental industry on the gold coast, and had heard good things about the practitioners here. My partner asked nicely what payment options are available, and she was horribly dismissive, spoke down to him and insinuated that if he's broke, he can't afford an EMERGENCY appointment. She did not want to answer any questions and spoke down to him the entire call. Working in dental, you know that there are many people with dental anxiety as it is. Not to mention the cost of living (my partner had no issue paying for the appointment, was just asking how much roughly it was). We then visited another dentist and had a 10/10 experience. Will no longer be referring patients to this practice.
