I had the pleasure of having Dentist Bec and Pru look after me today. Lovely warm welcome from the reception staff and very thorough work by the dental team. It really feels like Bec cares about what she does and always checked to make sure I was comfortable. She even gave great advice at the end. Highly recommend this practice and especially Bec if you’re a bit nervous about the dentist!

As somebody who is terrified of the dentist, and would not even step into their room or sit down in their chair, I have avoided them out of extreme fear. I had ongoing dental issues and decided I finally needed to address them. I was worried that my only option by this point would be a denture. I stated seeing Dr Ben Watt at both Burleigh and Tweed, and since the start he has been unbelievably patient and supportive with me. He never rushes me or makes me feel that I'm a burden. I got 4 teeth removed and he made sure I was comfortable with zero pain, no matter how long it took. He was also able to fix my issues with a bridge, rather than a denture, which I was ecstatic about. I am still going through the process, but had my temporary bridge put in this week and wanted to cry. It looked so good and I was just overwhelmed at what he has done for me. I can't wait for the permanent bridge and am so grateful to Dr Ben for all his work, patience and support. I would advise anybody who has an extreme fear of the dentist, like myself, to see Dr Ben. He is one in a million.

Dr Emad and his assistant Bhumi are a genuine DREAM TEAM! I've found it pretty much impossible to feel respected, treated with compassion, entertained, and properly informed in any prior dental visit, but Emad ensured from the moment he met me that he was committed to me as a person, and not just a job. I really want to give Bhumi a shout out too, always asking questions, anticipating Emad's next steps, and making sure everything was prepared properly, well in advance, and putting up with Emads jokes to keep me feeling comfortable. I am very grateful for the level of service, care, and professionalism I was treated with, and could not in good faith recommend any other dental team before this pair. They have my business for life.

I’ve seen Dr Ehmad and others here on multiple occasions and it’s some of the best medical care I’ve ever received. Not soulless robots looking to get you in and out. The general atmosphere at the clinic is friendly and I will be a repeated customer here! Love the care they take with check in calls after procedures and the staff are amazing.

A genuinely lovely experience (if that’s even possible for a trip to the dentist). From booking the appointment, to the warm welcome at reception, to the time in the chair and out the door again – everything felt easy, calm and seamless. You should all be very proud of the practice you’ve created. Thank you so much.
