I’ve been coming to Bupa Dental for over a year now and have had at least three appointments with Jessica, the hygienist. She is truly the best — not only an outstanding professional but also a wonderful person. Jessica always takes the time and has the patience to explain my concerns and how to properly care for my teeth. She is incredibly gentle and thoughtful during the appointments. She even recommended using a bite block so my jaw wouldn’t get tired — something that in all my years going to dentists no one had ever suggested before (I didn’t even know it existed!). Thanks to her care and advice, my smile is not only intact but actually healthier than ever. The clinic itself is excellent, but Jessica in particular is exceptional. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Bupa dental in burleigh for the past couple years, seeing various dentists for 6 monthly check ups and have always had great experiences but this past week the staff have been exceptional in my experience. I had inflammation on my lower wisdom tooth so I saw Dr Farah who referred me onto Dr Thomas Ryan, I went in and ended up having two wisdom teeth out as they were both going to cause me problems in future and were infected. From start to finish Dr Ryan and his nurse(I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name!) were incredible, I was so nervous but I felt so at ease with Dr Ryan being friendly, calm, understanding and vocal in each part of the removal process, he was amazing I couldn’t recommend more. I was in and out within 45 mins. I’d also love to mention how lovely and helpful Donya(I’m sorry again as I only heard her name so probably spelt incorrectly) is on reception she was friendly and compassionate from the get go and always is! Thank you everyone for making it such a bearable and efficient service every time.

I saw Dr Wen Sun a few weeks back after experiencing pain with a problematic wisdom tooth. Typically I hate visiting the dentist, but Dr Sun made me feel so incredibly comfortable and at ease. He was so professional, kind and gentle. I left with no teeth or gum pain and was just so impressed from the start to finish service he provided. I feel a lot more confident returning to the dentist now that I have found someone like Dr Sun and would recommend him to anyone!

Thank you so much to Farah today. As a very nervous patient I found that Farah went above and beyond, even addressing a concern that I wasn't originally booked in for and taking her time. As a hesitant visitor to the dentist I really appreciated her calm and non judgemental approach and how she listened. Highly recommend

My experience with my dentist Mariz Botros was nothing short of outstanding. She was incredibly kind, professional, and completely genuine throughout the entire process. When I wasn’t fully happy with the first tooth shade, she didn’t hesitate to give me her honest opinion. Instead of settling, she encouraged me to send it back to the lab so we could achieve a better match, despite the fact that this created extra work and disrupted her schedule. That level of integrity and commitment to my satisfaction meant so much to me. She was also extremely gentle and reassuring, especially when administering the needle, as she knew I was quite nervous. She took her time, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident at every step. Her patience, care, and attention to detail truly made the entire experience easier and far less stressful. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable and compassionate hands.
