I researched for a few months going to 8 different appointments at different practices getting advice and dental plans before I found Robina Quays. I had major work done which involved many extractions, fillings, 6 implants and 6 veneers. Hours and hours of work. It was a big investment and a big decision to make as to what I’d get done and with who. I got so much different advice, opinions and options, it was difficult to decide what I should do. I had a couple of practices in mind and was close to starting the process with one other, but after my visit to Robina Quays, it felt like the right place to get my procedures. It was a good decision. The team were fantastic from start to finish. Everything explained in detail and treated with the upmost care and respect. The communication is excellent. I had text message reminders of upcoming appointments, emails and if need be, phone calls. For someone like me with a terrible memory, this was very handy. Appointments made well in advance so I could easily make plans. All of the staff are wonderful and I don’t know all their names, but in particular Jaya in reception, Michelle the hygienist I seen a couple of times and of course the man who completed all of the work, Dr Mark Taylor. Top bloke who takes the time to make sure you are well informed about the procedures and puts your comfort first. Also very friendly, we had many chats throughout my visits, always gave me the time. Considering the amount of work that was done, I was surprised there was no pain during procedures. This was one of my biggest concerns, that there would be pain and/or complications, but nothing. All in all an easy process. It was a long process start to finish due to the amount of work done and nothing was rushed, but now I have a smile I’m not embarrassed to show and I can eat properly. I’m extremely happy with the result. I am pleased I went with Robina Quays and will continue to come back for my regular check ups, cleans and any future dental treatment if needed. Thanks to the entire team at Robina Quays for all you done during my treatment, it means more than you know.

Modern, welcoming and well scheduled practice. Well equipped rooms. Dr Taylor and Michelle showed great care. Very gentle but thorough cleaning and great attention to detail. Economical price point and actually an enjoyable experience. Happy to return here as part of regular hygene maintenance.

I honestly had the best experience at Robina Quays Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and genuinely lovely. I chose this clinic because of all the positive reviews, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. From Michelle the hygienist to Dr Taylor and the lovely manager, the whole team made me feel completely at ease. I even stayed an extra 20 minutes just chatting with them after my appointment! Dr William Evans - an outstanding dentist. Choosing Dr William Evans as my dentist has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. His knowledge is exceptional, and he has an incredible ability to find a solution to any problem that arises. No matter the situation, he approaches it with calm expertise and genuine care. Dr Evans consistently goes far beyond the extra mile. He takes the time to explain every option clearly and always provides choices that suit different budgets, without ever compromising on quality. The practice itself is modern, welcoming, and fully up to date with the latest dental technology, which makes every visit smoother and far more comfortable.
