After a simple cavity filling from an associate dentist (who I won’t name), I experienced ongoing tooth pain. I can’t eat on one side of my mouth and have since been told I need root canal treatment and crowns. Based on my experience, I won’t be going back and regret choosing this clinic.
I’m so glad I read the negative reviews before my first appointment. I emailed Corrina Dental Group Deakin twice over two weeks—no reply. When I finally did hear back, the response was unprofessional: no name, no apology, no explanation. I’ve cancelled my appointment. Not sure how they’re still in business with this level of service.
What a poor experience, they confirmed my extended appointment three times before I attended this BUPA preferred dentist. When I got into the room the dentist refused to do a simple task without first providing a quote. I asked for an estimate and was refused. And Told I would have to make another appointment. No thank you I will happily return to Pacific Smiles. What waste of time and poor communication.
My husband and I visited Corina Dental Clinic Phillip twice, and unfortunately, we were n ot satisfied with the service. The female dentist seemed rushed both times, and my fillings were painful when chewing for a month after the procedure. She was quite rough with the tools, and during the cleaning, she put too much pressure on my gums, causing discomfort. We decided to give the clinic a second chance, but the experience was just as disappointing. She wasn’t paying enough attention, worked with only one hand at times, and once again hurt my gums. The facility and tools also seem a bit outdated compared to other dental clinics. On the positive side, the clinic is fully covered by Bupa insurance, with no extra out-of-pocket costs. However, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
I was there a couple of mths ago and have been for many years now. I must say that they had such amazing and helpful reception ladies working that day. The new dentists there are so lovely. They explain everything and even show you photos so you can see what they will be doing at your next appointment. I have never had a bad experience there and they are so gentle and amazing with the kids. Highly recommend Corinna Dental Woden.
