Incredibly professional ... I was warned at the start that this was a process of unknown timeframes, but that the cost was fixed regardless. The strategy did require some patience but it is indeed a rare blissful occasion when one can finish dealing with a company and find nothing but good things to say about them. Rachael Mathew and the team at Brindabella Orthodontics have been nothing short of amazing and true to their word regards everything from the scope to the cost.. and most importantly, the outcome! .... 😬 I now feel more than comfortable showing my teeth! 🤭

Dr Mathew takes her responsibility incredibly seriously — she is thorough, meticulous, and you always feel like you’re in the very best hands. What really sets her apart is the genuine care she shows. You never feel like just a number; she takes the time to explain every step, check progress carefully, and ensure the kids feel comfortable and confident. Our children both liked her immediately, and there were never any grumbles about attending appointments (which says a lot!). Rachel and her team provided a fabulous, professional and tailored approach to my daughters orthodontic care (not a cootie cutter like other services can be). My daughter is very happy with the final result and glad we went to Rachel. She was flexible with appointment times and always available to fix a problem when a issued occurred, such as a broken wire. We highly recommend Rachel and her team.
