Not happy, he done unnecessary X-rays that i already had somewhere else recently previously, I had a gov voucher, he was asking me questions like if i was working, saying everything is free, my usual dentist on average would take 1 hour to clean my teeth, he finished my clean in about 5 minutes flat, claiming he done a extra deep clean as a bonus, i feel my teeth were not cleaned properly, I wouldn't recommend this service. There are a lot of other good dentists out there that earn their keep and are more thorough. He should be more honest and trustworthy.
We've been visiting Village Dental Kambah for the past year for my son's orthodontic treatment, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Appointments were scheduled at our convenience and mostly ran on time. Dr Shruthi clearly explained any risks and how they would be managed, which gave us great confidence throughout the process. My son has been undergoing braces treatment, and with each visit, we've seen noticeable improvements. Most of his previously crooked teeth are now well aligned, and we're hopeful everything will be completed on schedule. Dr Shruthi has done a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate her professionalism and care. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality dental and orthodontic care.
