I had an appointment today at Pacific Smiles Dental Queanbeyan. The staff, especially Ms Bree, was very kind and professional — I truly appreciated her warm and caring approach. However, one thing that I find quite frustrating is being asked to fill out the same detailed form every time I visit, even after clearly stating that my personal details and medical history have not changed. I understand the need for accuracy, but it would be more patient-friendly to confirm verbally or offer a quicker update process when no changes are required. Repeating the same information each time feels unnecessary and a bit inconvenient. I hope the management considers a more streamlined approach to make the experience smoother for returning patients.
