Steve continues to maintain his knowledge by attending professional training and maintains awareness of innovation in technologies, and sharing his knowledge. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The practice has welcoming atmosphere and even though it's busy, you're always made to feel important and looked after. Everyone is calm and professional. I love the new office and the fit out, it's right across from where they were, the new practice feels bigger and brighter. Thank you again for your ongoing care.

Ive had fabulous customer service experiences when coming for my orthodontic appointments. All staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. They explain everything they are doing as they are working on your teeth and they are very gentle and caring in their approach to your care. I always feel well taken care of, fully informed and not rushed during my visits which is very calming for the nervous system.

I’m so happy with the outcome of the Spark Alignment system. They were very comfortable all the way through the treatment.
