Today I took my daughter in for her first dentist visit. We were welcomes by a wonderful reception who was also incredibly war and helpful over the phone before we arrived. Our dentist was Dr. Astha Neupane, and another wonderful dentist who's name I unfortunately did not get. Both dentists made my daughter feel so welcome, safe and relaxed. I was very happy with the service and the attentiveness and genuine care they seem to have for little ones. Glad to have found my new local dentist! Thanks team.
Dr Khan was gentle, quick, reassuring and very proficient. Can I suggest a very large business like Pacific Smiles take time to consider offering either Senior or Veteran discount for those patients eligible in these difficult financial time, great marketing opportunity.
Rude unhelpful reception staff (not all of them, just one asian male in particular who was working on a particular Thursday morning). Needless to say his actions and comments that he thought I couldn't hear we're enough for Pacific Smiles to lose my business for good! They really need to focus on customer service.
Dr Morrison is amazing - very knowledgeable and professional. The staff are very accommodating. Highly recommend.
Dr Khan quickly and efficiently removed my unsavable broken tooth with a minimum of fuss, pain and at an acceptable price. A much better experience than the last time I had a tooth removed years ago at another dentist. Highly recommended.
