⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a back wire break and Orthoclinic Manuka were able to fit me in within the same week, which I was so grateful for. The care was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was explained so clearly and I never felt rushed — we went through all the options together and decided on a retainer, which was ready the same day. The whole team was fantastic, from the receptionist through to the assistants and orthodontist. The level of care, professionalism and kindness really stood out. I would recommend this clinic to anyone without hesitation. Five stars!

Fantastic and friendly customer service from all staff. David is so knowledgeable and informative. We were well informed every step of the way and nothing is ever too much trouble. State of the art stylish office with easy parking. Flexible appointment times. My daughter is having amazing results from her orthodontic work. Cant recommend the team at Orthoclinic enough.
Very disappointed. We were patients of Dr Madson until we moved to Sydney and switched to an orthodontist he referred us to. But whilst on holiday in Canberra my daughter’s wire came loose and started causing pain. When I called to see if they would snip it for us to tide her over for 7 days until she was back in Sydney they said yes but at a ‘New Patient’fee of $250!! I called Capital Smiles Orthodontist in Deakin who said they’d happily fix it for free, as did Orthodontics Canberra in Philip despite neither of them having made money from us before - so if you’re looking for good people I’d walk straight past Orthoclinic Manuka and try somewhere that puts the comfort and well being of patients before their pockets!!
So far so good with Orthoclinic braces for my daughter. We are at the beginning of the treatment set out by Elise, the staff are super organised, the place is really clean, and my daughter appears to trust the process - including the care routine at home - which is everything to me. I like the efficiency of the receptionist to make and move bookings - it makes my role as mum more manageable.
