I had a great experience here. Dr. Jim Chuang was highly skilled and quickly identified the issue with my teeth. He patiently explained everything and provided a clear and thoughtful treatment plan. The clinic environment was also excellent—quiet, clean, and very calming. I felt well cared for throughout the whole visit. One big plus is that they can communicate in Mandarin, which made me feel even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Being new to the area, I saw Dr John Lin for some dental work and had a great experience. He made me feel comfortable from the start and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease any nerves. The treatment was done very professionally and I’m really happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr John Lin and will definitely be returning—he’s now my go to dentist.

Came here because it was recommended to me by my partner as a reliable clinic that was a Medibank members choice advantage place. This was despite it being up to an hour away from home. Had seen two dentists here for deep cleaning and regular check ups. They are on polar opposites, with one being gentle but less thorough and the other being thorough but rough. My last appointment was very uncomfortable and the dentist didn't seem to be very cooperative to my needs. This was on a day that I was already feeling stressed out from other things. I am now feeling sore, worn down, and traumatised. I get my teeth cleaned every 2-3 months because of the calculus building up quick due to my mouth's chemistry. But this might throw me off my schedule now. The practice also kept sending me reminder texts even though I had already replied. I will take my business to somewhere that will actually listen and has better communication.

From the moment I arrived, the procedures, protocols and staff were very professional and helpful. The dentist in particular, was very thorough in explaining the procedures he would be doing and outlining a plan for my dental care moving forward.

This was my fourth visit to this clinic. During my previous visits, I had a crown, fillings, a clean, and my first root canal treatment, and all treatments went smoothly. Overall, I have been satisfied with the clinical treatment itself. However, I would like to provide feedback regarding two unprofessional practices by the front desk staff during my visit today. 1. I arrived at the clinic ten minutes before my scheduled 10:00 am appointment and informed one of the front desk staff, “I have an appointment at 10 am.” The staff member did not confirm my personal details and simply asked me to take a seat. At 10:00 am, a dentist came to the waiting area and called out the name “Ling,” assuming it was me. I then provided my surname for confirmation. In fact, my name is Ying, and another patient named Ling arrived a few minutes later. Recently, appointment reminder messages from the clinic have also addressed me as “Ling,” which is incorrect. 2. After the treatment, when I went to pay at reception, I was told the total fee for today was AUD 2,024. This did not seem correct, as I had already been informed of the cost for my second root canal treatment on two occasions. The first estimate from the dentist was approximately AUD 1,700–1,800, and the second was a detailed quote provided by another front desk staff member, which I recall being AUD 1,800. After I questioned the amount, the staff member checked the scanned quote and then realised that part of the fee was covered by insurance. No apology was offered for this oversight. I believe front desk staff should demonstrate greater professionalism when dealing with patients, particularly in confirming patient details and ensuring accurate billing.
