Dr Mark was absolutely incredible. He put all of Archer’s (my little 4 year old) fears at ease and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a genuinely positive experience. We couldn’t be more grateful. I’m confident Archer will be back for his 6-month check-up with bells on! Highly recommend Dr Mark — truly outstanding care.

I booked an appointment online using their website and came for my first Sunday appointment. While it's convenient, be aware of the potential Sunday surcharge if your health fund doesn't cover the cost of your treatment and the card surcharge for using a debit or credit card as per the signage. The dentists are skilled and make you feel at ease. I have always received friendly and professional service. The receptionist who served me today was helpful and ran a quote for an upcoming treatment plan upon request. This assisted me in anticipating the out of pocket cost and determine whether I wanted to proceed with the recommed treatment as per the treatment plan. She also booked in the next appointment for me.
BE WARNED. Negligent at Best. All of the negative reviews are accurate and should be taken into account when you decide to use this Dental Clinic. Took 3 children for their 6 month check up in March 2026 within a month I visually noticed one child had 2 significant cavities. Returned to the clinic, was told no X-rays had been taken and that this had been missed by their technician and now was so severe it is resulting in Hospital Dentistry for my daughter and a very large bill for us. There was no manager available on site to speak to, was assured by reception & Dentist who assessed the issue that the Manager would be in touch the next day. Nothing. Despite attempting to call, no reply or acknowledgement. I sent an official email 2 weeks after and received a token generic reply of "we'll look into it". That was 2 weeks ago now. Staff and management DO NOT CARE.
Recently got a small filling done on my right tooth , he was done in 20 minutes only showing me the work done as I had gotten off the chair. Filling is noticeably uneven , I had to go back later that day for him to fix , only for him to tell me that he couldn’t fix it if he added more it would look completely uneven?? 4 years ago previously got it done here and a different dentist did an awesome job.Teeth were perfect. However this time I’m extremely frustrated and unsatisfied .
