We had such a positive experience with Dr Naik for our 4 year old son. After going to her for a second opinion we were treated with honesty, care and warmth. Our son went under to have 4 crowns and it was a seamless process with so much care on Dr Naik’s behalf. We have since been back for multiple follow up appointments and are so grateful for the positive experience for our little one. Posting 2 years later as I still reccomend to friends when looking for a peadiatric dentist.
We had a great experience with Dr Nymphia Naik at North Lakes Paedriatic Dentistry for our 6 year old. We had a comprehensive diagnosis (for our child) that required expert precision and care. We were very well guided throughout the consultation and the procedure needed. We were prioritised as needed for our case and our child was given utmost care to ensure they felt safe and cared for as well. We could not recommend the practice and Dr Naik enough, she is very well trained to work with children and her passion for dentistry shows in her work and empathy that she extends to her patients and their families. We could not thank her enough for looking after us and highly recommend her and NLPD.
Dr. Nymphia has been absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, provides exceptional follow-up care, and has such a natural way with children. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
Dr Nymphia is wonderful with my child. She is very caring, gentle and goes out of her way to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She is thorough with her dental work and takes the time to explain everything well and answer any questions I have. My child looks forward to the dental check ups.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for the care of our child over the weekend. Thank you to Andrea and Erin who got all the logistics sorted for us and were so kind and caring dealing with a stressed mum! And to Dr Nymphia for seeing our child on Saturday. Taking time out of her weekend to get her cared for as soon as she could was above and beyond what we have ever received from a health professional. My husband passed on how incredibly patient and kind she was to our child. Our child wasn't entirely willing to cooperate but to no fault of Dr Nymphia. She did though come home excited to brush her teeth (about 10 times in a day ha!). Having a child in pain is pretty awful but having answers, (instead of being told nothing and given antibiotics as we have experienced) really put our minds at ease as parents. I cannot thank you all enough. NLPD has most definitely gained a long-term patient. Thank you again.
