⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our journey with Ethos began back in 2011, and we have been fortunate enough to have Shari look after all four of our children’s orthodontic treatments. The staff at Ethos have always been professional, caring, and welcoming. The lovely team on the front desk always take a genuine interest in our family and remember what’s been happening since our last visit, it’s those small touches that make such a big difference. We’ll genuinely miss our regular appointments and the chance to share our life updates and adventures. Shari has been more than an orthodontic professional, she’s been a cheerleader for our kids through every milestone: starting Prep, becoming school leaders, graduating primary school, starting high school, getting their licences, finishing school, promotions at work, travelling overseas, university, living abroad, getting a puppy, marriage and the list goes on! She’s always been excited to hear their stories and see their photos, and that personal connection means the world to us. What an incredible journey it’s been. We honestly can’t recommend Ethos highly enough. Shari, our heartfelt thanks for turning what could have been a purely clinical process into such an enjoyable and positive experience. Your knowledge, your way of including the kids in explanations and setting expectations, and your transparency and reassurance when things didn’t go quite to plan have all been outstanding.
