Had a check-up and clean with Dr Ee Yu and had a great experience. She was very thorough, attentive, and explained everything clearly. She was also very meticulous during the cleaning process, taking her time and ensuring everything was done thoroughly rather than rushing through the appointment. I felt well looked after and appreciated how she took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend.
I saw Dr Rosario Corvera and Brandi yesterday and had such a genuinely positive experience. Brandi was especially amazing.. so kind, gentle and reassuring, and she really went out of her way to make me feel more comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She has such a calming presence and it honestly made a stressful situation feel so much easier to handle. Even though I wasn’t able to complete the appointment, both her and Dr Corvera were incredibly understanding and patient, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for the care and kindness I was shown 😊
I had a filling done, two days later the filling completely cracked and fell out. I’ve been trying for five days to get a hold of somebody via email, SMS and live chat with no reply. The appointment itself was extremely rushed. The dentist was wanting me out as quick as she possibly could. I will never go back. And for Dental 99 your AI response to all of the messages saying contact through a different email address is unsatisfactory to save the least Do better

2 weeks ago I had an issue with my 4 on 4 top arch implant. After trying the known to me ways without success in contacting dental99 Mango Hill to speak with a person. I felt depressed and alone. Being a mature age person can be a difficult mine field when it comes to communication technology. Belinda @ dental99 Mango Hill came to my rescue with immediate attention, Belinda and Dr Corvera put me all back together, my teeth once again looking absolutely gorgeous. I'm so thankful to have Belinda to navigate me through my next procedure of a titanium base top arch to match my already in place titanium bottom arch.
