Lovely staff! Dr Ben has been excellent throughout my treatment - very reassuring, and his experience in all things dental is evident. Appointments were quick and efficient. I had minimal pain - more a discomfort, really - and almost no bleeding. I'm very pleased with the results and I will be bringing my daughter here when it's time for her braces.
From the moment I walked in the clinic I felt instantly at ease. The receptionist was so warm and reassuring and Dr Bianca was so genuine and caring in her approach and understood my anxiousness. Talked me through the whole process and gave me options with what I could do. I’ve never had such a great experience at a dentist before and can’t wait to regularly start check ups and cleans! When you are feeling the most vulnerable because of your worsening dental health, and come to a practice like Underwood Dental, my 1st impressions felt like I hit the jackpot. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. The latest technology equipment, accurate diagnosis and professional action plan for exactly what I needed... only days later I could sit back and light a cigar... if only I smoked! 2 crowns and a filling which were absolutely the best decision. No pain of any sort, not even in the hip pocket with what I consider a very competitive price. I never enjoyed the thought of ever seeing a dentist again till now. What a difference you make!
