I loath the fact that every time single time you call this practice, they pick up the phone and crack you on hold without so much as a single word. Customer Service is serious lacking. The Dentists are fabulous, the admin staff, not so much. I understand it gets busy however, being a practice manager myself, I can say that it takes 2 seconds to acknowledge the caller to place them on hold. Especially when you call from work. You don't have time to wait on hold for who knows how long before someone actually answers you. At least give the customer the chance to say "Sorry, I can't hold at the moment, I'll call back later".
Hygienist can't catch a hint. Pointed out the "aesthetic" imperfection on the angle of ONE TOOTH on a teen girl after she repeatedly said no she hasn't noticed that and no it hasn't bothered her, and then HANDED HER A MIRROR TO SEE THE AESTHETIC IMPERFECTION OF THE TOOTH IN AN ATTEMPT TO CONVINCE HER IT LOOKS BAD?? Not cool.
Dr. Nathan Barnes is a five star dentist. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He has helped me through many difficult procedures and been incredibly compassionate and supportive with my very anxious family members. If you're looking for a dentist that is kind, compassionate and does a top tier job. I highly advise you to see him if you can get in 🤣. The man is very popular and you will see why. Old school service, very knowledgeable. 5 stars.
I loved the one on one care with the dental hygienist today! Denise was just lovely! She told me everything she was going to do with my dental clean before she moved on. I felt secure in her care and knew what to expect next! I very much dislike it when there are 2 people working in my mouth, one obviously learning the profession, the other qualified……. To be talking to one another about trivial personal things… with me being the Elephant in the Room! I hate listening to their conversations!!! I love that I can watch tv, a huge distraction from any discomfort I’m feeling, with one person doing their job! Thankyou Bupa Dental Rochedale for giving me a great experience! Denise is to be commended for her friendly and professional approach!!. ♥️
