I had peridontal work in Ipswich Day Hospital by Dr.Fisher.last week. The Day Hospital was well run,and the nurses were excellent. Because of circumstances my op was an hour late getting started. After coming out of the G.A.,I expected the dentist to be there,to explain what had been done, and how it went. Didn't happen,I had to send an email to the practise ,and a lady phoned me to tell me basically what went on.I got the usual printed paper,to tell me how I should look after my mouth after the procedure, but after paying $2000, a little personal attention after the event, would have helped,as I was in some discomfort for some days afterwards. Lets hope the trouble was worth it,in the long run.
