The clinic is clean and welcoming, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. I had a great experience and felt very well looked after from start to finish. I have been going too this Physio For a while now too get better . And Jason is the Most caring physiotherapist I have ever been too would not go Anywhere Else . His support in helping me too get better Is perfect. I highly recommend Heritage health 100% . He is so easy too talk too . Always there too answer my questions . . And he is there every step of the way In getting better . So if you ever need too see a physiotherapist . Giver Jason. A go you will not regret it at all .

My experience with them was over a year ago but after a several appointments for both my partner and I, as thoughtful as the treatment might be it's delivered in very small amounts, the main object of the exercise is to get you to come again next week for your next minute piece of analysis and advice. So be prepared for your treatment to be delivered over months of Mondays or Tuesdays or whatever at between 90 and $130 per session where is I felt a lot more could have been delivered per session. Yes of course they make the booking easy because they want or need you to keep coming back frequently. Oh, let's not forget the unfriendly sour woman on the front desk either.

I have been coming to Heritage Health Physiotherapy for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say about the service provided. I have a long term chronic back injury that I have had multiple surgeries for and I have treatment twice weekly. The treat I receive will not make my injury go away but it sure helps me with the management of my pain and most of all give me better movement for a while even if it's for a short period of time, which is what happens with chronic nerve damage. I highly recommend these guys, always willing to help and all staff are friendly and easy to deal with. It's good to find somewhere you can come and know your treatment plan will be the right one for your issues. Thanks for all you have done for me and my Injuries also dealing with my mood on my bad days. 🙂

My daughter went there to see a specialist TMJ physiotherapist. After she was injured by a govt dentist . We found the physio to be rude, he invaded my daughters privacy about her health that had nothing to do with her tmj injury. He threatened to send her to speech therapy if she didn't talk to him. He even went on holidays without writng up her new physio plan. She was there for her TMJ injury nothing else. We needed him to refer her to somebody else. Because of his attitude and He said there was plenty of good physios out there. Refused to refer her to a Specialist TMJ physiotherapist We found good Specialist TMJ physiotherapist are really hard to find.. He's very unprofessional. Can't recommend.
