Thank you for the explanation, and sorry for the confusion. I have updated my star rating, as the dentist did a wonderful job. I’m glad to hear that the staff are generally kind and accommodating. However, it was not pleasant to be pushed past by a staff member’s family member, especially when this also involved pushing past an elderly gentleman. The confusion arose as he then sat behind the desk, which made it appear as though he was part of the staff.
Dr Fiona Cranitch is amazing - gentle, friendly and professional. The surgery is immaculate and I am confident entrusting them to care for my family’s dental health. I highly recommend Sinnamon Park Dental.
