I recently saw Dr Ricky Shao on a new patient offer at this clinic, after following him over from another practice when I realised he’d moved here. I’ve been seeing Dr Shao for many years and he continues to impress – he’s clearly very experienced and always meticulous with both check-ups and treatment. He takes the time to explain everything properly, makes sure I’m comfortable throughout, and never rushes. Also want to mention Megan at reception – she was so warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The new management team has clearly lifted the whole experience – everything felt organised, professional and genuinely patient-focused. I felt very well looked after from start to finish – highly recommend Dr Shao, Megan and the new management team.
Excellent first appointment with Dr Vi - she was kind, thorough, and explained everything as she went. I felt very confident and comfortable with her. The rest of the team were also lovely and professional. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Dental!

Dr Ricky provides a consistently terrific service, always making sure I leave healthy and with all questions answered, and the staff at the front desk are also always amazing: very polite and accommodating. I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else, and can’t imagine a better place or people looking after my dental health.
Where to start? The crew at Sherwood Dental is just phenomenal. From the moment you walk in the amazing reception staff make you feel welcomed and at ease. Then you have the doctors who are all experts in their craft and take such good care of you! Huge shoutout to the whole crew, honestly no place id rather be in pain 🤣.
