I was always accommodated in arranging appointments, even if bookings had to be rescheduled at short notice. The reception staff were always polite and attentive. I’m originally from Adelaide and had my bottom braces put on just before my trip to Brisbane. I noticed my Adelaide orthodontist didn’t cut my wire short enough causing severe discomfort and sores. Not only did I get a same day appointment to fix this, it was at no charge. The ladies there are above and beyond helpful and understanding people. As someone with severe anxiety I felt so happy and grateful no one is a burden there HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🥰
I dont think I have ever seen a better run business than this. In addition, every single staff member we encountered in 2 years was friendly and helpful. If only our public service was run like this!
