I had booked a free consultation dental appointment at this clinic. It was delayed by 35-40 mins but I waited patiently. Although it was a free consultation, I ended up paying $107.5 even with my dental insurance. As, they weren't able to explain about the fees ...it was very inconvenient and surprisingly shocking for me.It's not really a big amount but they failed to communicate and explain the procedure which was really disappointing.
As someone who has Dental anxiety, I just had the most incredible experience at Dental on Beams in Carseldine today! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so at ease. Dr. Shukla is truly exceptional - her kindness, compassion, and expertise are unmatched. She took the time to patiently explain every step of the procedure, including what I might feel and when, so I was never anxious or unsure. Her gentle touch and caring demeanor made what could have been a stressful experience completely pain-free. I'm so grateful to have found such an amazing dentist! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch care and a truly caring professional, so was her assistant and the lovely receptionist that was on duty this afternoon.
Very disappointing experience. While the dentists themselves seem competent, the wait times are absolutely horrendous. I consistently experienced delays of over AN HOUR at my appointments! On one occasion, I arrived at 10:30 and wasn’t seen until nearly noon! As a carer, my time is extremely limited, and I simply cannot afford to be out for that long. Asked the receptionist about the repeated delays, the response was always, "Sorry, unforeseen delays." But for it to happen every time?! I’ve since moved to another dental practice - one that respects patients' time.
