I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Meenaz Bhimani. She is very professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her caring and friendly approach makes you feel comfortable during the entire treatment. Dr. Bhimani focuses on preventative and patient-centred dental care and always ensures the best treatment options for each patient. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I appreciate the girl who assisted Dr. Meenaz during my treatment. Thank you both
I was very impressed with the level of care I received from Dr Chris today. He demonstrated excellent skill and patience throughout the appointment and provided clear and thorough explanations about my dental concerns. As someone who can feel anxious during dental visits, I found his calm and reassuring approach very comforting. I felt well informed and at ease the entire time. I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking quality dental care.
If you, like me, are terrified of the dentist, please take my advice and book in with Dr Chris Beni (Dr Chris). He is fantastic, ensures to keep you calm through the whole appointment and never allows you to get consumed by anxiety. Made a dreadful experience completely bearable and comes strongly recommended.
I went for my appointment for filling with Dr. Chris. They called Saturday morning to ask if I want to prepone my appointment from Monday to Saturday, I agreed and went at given time at 3pm on Saturday. Dr. Chris was busy and I waited for half an hour and then I was called. He examined and asked to get an x ray for that tooth, second molar. I agreed and then he asked me to open my mouth so he can put local anaesthesia. I told him I had x ray prior many times, never ever they wanted to do anaesthesia before x ray but he insisted anyway that I would be better with anaesthesia. I being a specialist in radiology went with my judgement and requested x ray without anaesthesia. Anyways x ray happened and I asked him what all kinds of filling materials are my options, instead of giving me information he said no matter what you choose, it’s all going to cost same. I didn’t know what to say. Then said he has to give anaesthesia before filling. I again told him if I can go ahead without it. He said, he won’t be able to clear it and it won’t be a good job. I agreed reluctantly but injection was so painful and I was screaming while he continued, I knew that much pain was not a good sign. Even during the procedure, He was hurrying. His assistant was not good with suction and I was about to gag few times, I raised my hand 3-4 times , but he didn’t stop and didn’t even ask the reason. He put the mouthpiece to keep my mouth wide open without telling me that he was going to do it and what it is for. He completed the filling in 5 minutes max. Filling was done and I got up, he handed me two small toothpaste and asked to use them and it’s all done and I can go. He told me he grinded my tooth and now it won’t be bear pressure from opposing tooth, he didn’t ask or counselled or given options. He just told after he is done. I asked if I have to follow dietary restrictions. He said no. Next morning when anaesthesia wore off, I had a big cheek bite and then I read about it as it is important to eat only soft food till anaesthesia wears off as people tend to bite their tongue and cheek without realising. And then a day later, shit started, I had bad pain on same side of jaw, going to angle. I called them again but asked for experienced dentist. Being a breastfeeding mother, round o clock on painkillers it was hard time for me. This new doctor examined me and suggested tests, I asked if they will charge me for that. She said yes normal consultation charges and depends on tests done. I said this was complication of procedure and follow up visit , I don’t think should be charged for that so I would rather leave. So this new dentist examined and either she couldn’t understand or she just didn’t want to tell me, but she send me with a referral to orthodontist and antibiotics. It didn’t settle and I called a colleague dentist practicing at different place and he after detailed history, he told me this must have been injury to muscle with anaesthetic injection. It been 4 weeks, it’s still painful. I am seeing a different dentist now. But all this experience at chermside dental was traumatic and that’s not how doctor’s deal, not in a developed country.
I can’t recommend Dr. Chris highly enough. He’s by far the kindest, most patient dentist I’ve ever had. What truly sets him apart is his meticulous attention to detail, he never rushes and always ensures I’m fully comfortable and informed at every step. Dr. Chris genuinely cares about his clients, and it shows in everything he does. He’s not just a skilled professional, but a genuinely kind person who always puts his clients’ best interests first. I can’t thank him enough for all the effort he has put towards improving my teeth.
