I had an excellent experience with Dr. Peter Chen and the team. Dr. Chen is incredibly patient, passionate, and truly cares about his patients. He took great care of my gums with detailed attention and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my treatment. I have recently seen Dr. Amro Farrag who was extremely professional, patient and kind. He noticed how nervous i was and walked me through my treatment and explained exactly what to expect. . A warm and friendly admin and reception staff, Dental assistant Michelle who kindly took great care of me. A truely personalised experience Highly recommended .
I had seen three Periodontists and two endodontists, before finding my dental 'home'. I saw Dr Prabhu, & Dr Tsai, for consultations,both in New South Wales; to discuss possible action to take with an unhealthy tooth. I saw Dr Chris Barker, in Queensland; and also endodontists in NSW & QLD. I at last found my favourite Periodontist, Dr Peter Chen, whom was trained by Periodontists at The Royal Melbourne Dental Hospital, including Dr Eryn Agnew, whom I worked with for 1½years. Eryn is a lecturer in Periodontics [wife of Prof Mike Morgan, head of Uni of Melb,Dental Dept to 2015]. Attention to Infection control and expertise I have found with Dr Peter and Dr Richard and the Hygienist Libby and dental assistants Casey, Hunter, and Kylie and team at Brisbane Implant Dentistry and Periocare. Sarah, Ashleigh, Abby, Jess, Emily, and each of the ladies in the administration team are very kind. I have been attending here since 2021. It's a very calm and respectful 'space', including their Respectfulness to the Turrbal and Jagera/Yuggera peoples, who are the traditional custodians of the Greater Brisbane area, including Chermside. 🙏🏼Thank you team for being patient and gentle.
I saw Dr Rachel Garraway and her team with Jacqui Stephens at reception first port of call. Jacqui was really lovely and organized and accommodating of my assistance service dog, Maddie. The experience was very reassuring and professional. Dr Rachel and her assistant Bonnie made me feel really comfortable and relaxed as i was feeling anxious about the needles especially. The entire team were so kind and made my periodontal procedure so much easier to go through. I felt really informed the whole time and found that Dr Rachel had a gentle touch. An amazing experience. Highly recommend the whole team - Dr Garraway, her assistant Bonnie and Jacqui at reception for anyone who is looking for quality periodontal care in Brisbane. 10/10 outstanding.
