Dentist was late for 40mins for my toddler appointment for stuck food in teeth. My kid went screaming and scared of her and she made him bleed unnecessarily. Ended up only taking part of the food out. Worst dentist experience ever! Don’t go there if it is for kids treatment.
Fantastic family dentist! We tried a couple of dentists when we moved to the area a few years ago before finding this one. The difference was noticeable straight away. Now the whole family goes, including my son(s) and it’s always been great. Today my baby had an accident while we were waiting our turn (my fault for looking away from him for a second) and everyone was so incredibly kind. I felt so silly for disrupting the flow of the clinic and other patients but I was so grateful for how quick thinking and caring everyone was during a scary moment! Thank you Carindale Family Dentist!
Took me in last minute and were extremely helpful, along with being very informative. They clearly care about their patients and are really efficient, which always makes appointments more pleasant. I’ve had bad experiences at dentists before but if you’re looking for a new dentist, definitely give them a try!
