Wow! I had such a wonderful experience at this dental at Bupa dental Carindale. The moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming and incredibly professional, making the whole process seamless and stress free. The dental assistant was attentive, reassuring and worked so smoothly alongside the dentist that I felt completely comfortable throughout and the dentist was exceptional. Gentle, thorough, highly knowledgeable and clear in explaining every step without any pressure. The entire team created a calm, professional and genuinely caring environment, and I left feeling confident, well looked after and truly grateful to have found such an outstanding practice.
The staff here are extremely kind, and make the whole experience of being at the dentist as comfortable as can be, speedy but precise and gentle. Everytime you go in, they are happy to help even just for general enquires Thankyou Carindale, Monica and Donna - I don’t hate the dentist now!!
Unparalleled care. I have complex health needs and am in motorised wheelchair. Everyone at this clinic, dentists and reception alike, truly go above and beyond in patient care. I came into this clinic needing lots of work. They were extremely accommodating and empathetic as they examined my teeth and explained the treatment options. Unfortunately due to deteriorating health i'm no longer able to travel to this clinic for treatment. However, I can not speak highly enough of the staff here and would give my upmost recommendation to anyone but particularly people needing extensive dental work or with complex health needs to go here.
I booked a family appointment for me, my husband and daughter. After seeing my husband and daughter I was asked to go out and wait in the reception for very long so that I had reschedule my apt. One of the receptionist was rude I believe she is a DA. Other receptionist r/s me to a different dentist without asking me. The dentist was good. But the overall experience was bad
Dr Ena is the first dentist that has made me feel no pain what so ever! She was professional & kind knowing I have a bit of medical trauma & accomodated accordingly! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend Dr Ena!
