I had a really great experience with Dr Zaid at Budget Dental. He is extremely professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly before starting any treatment. I felt very comfortable and reassured throughout the entire appointment. Dr Zaid is very thorough and detail-oriented, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their outcomes. The whole team at Budget Dental was also friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I would highly recommend Dr Zaid to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.
Victoria and Dr Zi were so lovely and gave me a lovely experience as a first time patient. Victoria was such a welcoming presence as i walked in!! Dr Zi was excellent, she greeted me with a smile and provided well done cleaning and helpful advice for my teeth!!
Dr Ritika is so friendly. Her hands are just so soft, i can fall asleep while her doing my filling. I didnt feel any pain at all, and she was just reassuring me everytime, asking me if im okay. Above all, i love her. Other staff too, are friendly. Specially the one in the front desk. She knows how to entertain her guests. Amazing.
We booked to do a simple extraction that is advertised at $99. First they said that it was $149 or $349 depending on complexity. I told them that the simple one its advertised at $99 not $149. The dentist replied “i just work here, i dont make the website” so unprofessional. Then they said that it was for existing patients and baby teeth that price, which is not stated online. Then he called me inside the room to show me his excel of prices (not available to the public) to prove that he is right, i said that the website doesnt state that for what he says “we can change the website if thats what you want”. Finally he says that its a complex extraction, thats is $349. That tooth was already checked for another dentist and was stated that it was simple extraction. The tooth is all grown. I will reported them to ACL and AHPRA. Its so embarrassing seeing “professionals” act dodgy
First time visiting this clinic and looking forward to making this my regular! The whole team is so lovely and efficient; I would highly recommend them.Dr Zi was fantastic, very knowledgeable and experienced. Great experience overall :)
