I had my first time Dentures in April 2026. I found James to be fabulous, he explained every little detail and made sure I understood everything. He worked with his dentist (Helen, who I must say a big thankyou to, I have a fear of needles etc, and you couldn't wish for anyone more gentle and caring) I was concerned I would be without teeth for awhile, and they assured me, my Dentures would go in the same day. I am so impressed with the professionalism and the care they took. Nothing was too much trouble, even with the after care service to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend James and his team 100% Thankyou so much.

All for the money, which seems like everytime I went it continuously costs, even though told paid in full in 2019 of $7000 nearly Wish I had never went to this business, as took out teeth that never really needed to be removed and 1 tooth that should have been left and after 45 minutes finally got it out which damaged the muscle in my cheek and temp Dentures were given. Finally got my permanent Dentures after my mouth healed and couldn't eat or speak without the Dentures falling down. As if made for someone else. Biggest waste of money over $10,000 I should have read reviews before going as so many people having same problems. James is friendly whilst getting his money, but if a problem it becomes your fault if Dentures not working as should. With more money needed to fix a problem, which he takes no responsibility for. My husband came in with me on my last ever appointment 2022 and tried telling James that the Dentures were not fit for purpose and needed to be fixed. Besides belittling my husband and myself, said I really need to have new teeth implanted on plates as worn down (which made no sense, as in the 4 years, had not woren them unless went out and/or wearing a mask so I didn't have to wear them as so uncomfortable and embarrassing when trying to talk and top Denture falling down. So why did you want to charge me more, another $1200 quote to fix a manufacturing problem that was no fault of mine. So went looking for another business to fix the problem with the Dentures, as no way your business will get another cent from me. Found Better Dentures and was charged $2500, for them to make my new full upper Denture and part lower plate, from scratch. As was told I would have had on going problems with the Dentures you made for me. As poorly made and certainly should have been remade by your business at no more cost to me, as they could have belonged to someone else, as just way to big and constantly having to keep getting them relined and costing me more. Since having my new Dentures from Better Dentures. I have not had to go back. So Please stop sending me texts, saying I am due for a check up and I expect a apology as you said I was never a patient and will stop putting reviews. Jean Johnson I Don't appreciate you, that at any stage I was putting up reviews to being called malicious and not a patient. Seems like any negative comments, you say they were never a patient. Attached photos of my Dentures made by you and how much smaller they are now who was made by Better Dentures. As said the Dentures you made me were unfit for purpose as just kept falling down or out. It is only way for you to believe me and how big the ones made by you were and how unfair my husband and I was treated on our last visit and why we felt should not have been told it would cost more. Hi Last time to post Glad you admitted I was a patient at your business. IT'S AMAZING, that I have had NO SHRINKAGE since having my new Dentures from Better Dentures. As can see where to big in plate from last tooth each side & had no suction to hold into mouth. Also only 1 tooth on bottom plate touched top plate, so NO surprise I couldn't chew & top plate cracked through middle 3 months with my permanent Dentures made & should have not been charged to have fixed, as James blamed me for not chewing correctly. Was told to contact Dentist/Dentures Complaints Ass, as should be refunded some of my money, as the Dentures you made were not fit for purpose & no way should I have paid so much, even by telling James every time I went in as Dentures kept falling down when talking or trying to eat. If had listened to me & even the other Guy I saw when James was not there, as he noticed plates didn't fit & told James, who when I saw him said yes was told but it's to do with shrinkage. But was nothing to do with shrinkage, as after 3 years keep going back to you & then getting remade & like the Guy I saw instead of James, saying the same thing Dentures don't fit & James saying because of shrinkage or not wearing them constantly. Can't do if don't fit

After years of dental hell my journey is finally over I can't thank James enough'my dentures weren't easy to make but he did it, and they are perfect! I can finely feel normal again,The girls are angels and couldn't be more helpful...Massive High Five Guys Day 4 wow my dating life just boomed when James said "oh girl you got a pout now" YES I HAVE SIR!!

After avoiding a dentist for years after some really awful experiences, I finally worked up the courage to try and get the smile I have always wanted. Martin Dental Dentures Elizabeth have changed everything for me. I can’t thank James, Kathryn and Ash enough for helping me above and beyond to get me through this whole process. From fitting around my schedule, help with my super access, support for me while I have been really ill over these past months. I am so thankful to be so close to having my full mouth implants nearly done and the end result will have me smiling all the time and feeling so happy about myself. James has bent over backwards to have me smiling already with a gorgeous set of teeth before my implants are set. Very appreciative, a big, big thank you

Excellent experience with all concerned with making and fitting my upper and lower dentures. They put you at ease from the minute you enter the premises until you leave. Very fast turn around with appointments to suit you. I am very satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending them
