I booked in with Burnside Dental Practice for an emergency appointment on Saturday after being overseas and experiencing a lot of pain. I found out I needed a root canal and the team were very empathetic and were able to book me in for the procedure on the Monday. I was very nervous for the procedure but was treated very well and the communication was fantastic. I also booked in later in the week for a clean and check up and got some preventative work done. This was my first time at this practice and I have recommended it to many others. I unfortunately live interstate but I would definitely come back again when I am visiting Adelaide next time. Thank you very much Ryan, Mayuri and Parwin much for your expert care.
The staff members are friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist Eddy is friendly and considerate. He’s a great communicator too! Eddy is transparent about the procedure, the cost and the after care. He also checks on his patients from time to time (during the procedure) to ensure they are well and comfortable. I highly recommend Burnside Dental Practice!
This practice has great staff and they are all very professional. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. As far as costing they are excellent and saved me a lot when compared to another local clinic. It was worth me driving 2.5 hours. I highly recommend Ryan and all the staff.
Very upset with the service. I was told that I had to book another consultation as there’s a change of doctor and the new doctor will have her own plan; she will not be able to follow the old plan. There was obviously no other choice but booking, according to the receptionist. Booked and was seen for 30 seconds-the new doctor said nothing, only asked if I brought the old plan with me which I didn’t. I was then sent out and the new doctor asked the front desk for the old plan. That’s it. We spent money and time only to know that she didn’t bother to think but to follow the old plan.
I have been going here for well over 10 years, in last few years had wisdom teeth removed, some cracked teeth and had some implants to replace them. All under GA, minimal recovery time and only the day of the op off work. I have never had to use a single pain killer afterwards , despite stitches etc. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, which in this case is awesome results and a fast, pain free recovery. Highly recommended.
