After a couple of traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I found Blackwood Dental around 8 years ago. Marsha and my hygienist Claire, have worked their gentle magic and completely turned around my long held fear of dentists, to become a time when I actually look forward to going. Marsha has completed some magnificent repair work on my teeth, and I'm still thrilled with the results . She doesn't push anything on her patient, but listens and explains what she would like to do and why. Her work is superb. Claire's gentle and kind approach is reassuring and confidence boosting. She cleans thoroughly, happily answers any query I may have, discusses issues.... she is a beautiful soul who does an exemplary job and leaves my mouth feeling squeaky clean and fresh. The reception ladies have always been friendly, helpful and a pleasure to engage with. When I recall the abject fear of dentists that I had for decades , I feel so very lucky and so grateful, to have found the incredible team at Blackwood Dental. Thank you one and all.
