Visited Cross Road Dental Care because my baby tooth fell out but my adult tooth hasn’t come in. Dr Christine was very gentle and explained everything clearly. The staff were friendly and the clinic was clean. Overall a great experience.
Saw the new hygienist (won't name them, easy to figure it out, and worked on a Wednesday). She was fakely nice to begin with and became rude and condescending towards the end of the appointment. Also she only really cleaned the lower front teeth and completely missed my upper back teeth. She didn't even do a good job on the teeth she cleaned! I could still feel rough spots between my teeth, which I ended up picking off with a pin... I have had good care in the past from other hygienists (like Jaymie), but this one's laziness and attitude was really off-putting!
