After having my wisdom tooth removed, I developed swelling and was worried about an infection. I tried to visit my regular dentist, but they were closed for the holidays. The receptionist at Marion Bupa Dental was so understanding and listened to my situation. She immediately spoke to Dr. Michael Kim, who fit me in right away. Dr. Michael Kim was kind, explained the procedure clearly, and took great care in draining the pus. He also gave me helpful advice on how to care for my gums afterward. I'm really grateful for the receptionist’s quick action and Dr. Kim’s professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend Marion Bupa Dental for anyone needing care, especially during busy times. The dentists here lack professionalism and genuine care. After the consultation, they suggested starting treatment as soon as possible, but the next available appointment was not until five months later. The dentists always seem rushed, and as a result, my entire family did not receive proper treatment — we ended up spending money without getting adequate care. BUPA needs to fix this flawed system. Not only our family, but many people around us are also disappointed with the dentists here and would not recommend this place.

Went to have a mouthguard fitted for my 7yo son. In & out fuss-free in 10 minutes! Dr.Michael was great!
Extremely disappointing experience. It was nearly impossible to contact the clinic and while trying to get in contact my appointment was cancelled and given to someone else. The receptionist on Thursday afternoon was also rude. Very unprofessional. The whole experience felt dismissive and extremely ableist.
