Great experience with Dr Con and the team! Everyone is friendly, kind, and easy to get along with. I’m amazed at how fast my teeth have moved and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend Dr Con and his team if you’re thinking about getting braces! 😊

We have been long-term patients at this clinic. I personally had braces and Invisalign here, and both of my daughters have received treatment as well. 4 orthodontist treatments estimating 35k or more in work. In 2022, my youngest daughter and I experienced separate traumatic events which led to severe grinding issues. The clinic was aware of our circumstances. In 2023, my youngest daughter was signed up for a $10,000 braces treatment plan and in early 2024 due to her grinding had to have a root canal, this caused more significant stress on my daughter, im now shocked that it wasnt brought to my attention braces would not be recommended for someone experiencing extreme grinding. Just seems like the focus was signing up another patient rather then taking this into account. In 2025 i was placed on 2 x Denticare payment plans of $140 per fortnight while receiving a Carer’s Pension of approximately $1,200 per fortnight and paying $550 per week in rent. At the time, I expressed concerns about affordability & stated in was in financial crisis linked in with womens legal services, but was told the plan would be approved. It was, and I have since struggled significantly to keep up with the payments. Overdue fees continue to apply despite ongoing financial hardship. There were also issues during my Invisalign treatment during COVID, including broken trays and significant delays in replacements, which impacted my treatment timeline and resulted in additional costs. We have spent many thousands of dollars at this clinic over the years. I had hoped for more support and care given our circumstances. I encourage anyone considering treatment to fully assess long-term financial commitments before signing payment plans. I need to also state my 2 front teeth are not fully aligned. My front left tooth protrudes out. Its quite disappointing after the long & expensive treatments we had. Iv emailed today to request a reassessment of contract due to financial crisis (which they already knew) hopefully they show kindness and care. Our family has felt like nothing more then a number on a production line at this clinic. Such a different experience to out dentist where is feels like a family caring feel.

I can't believe the difference a year has made! Getting braces with Dr. Con and his incredible team has been a life-changing experience. The time has gone by so quickly. For years, I hid my smile and avoided photos because I was so self-conscious about my teeth. Now, I find myself smiling all the time. The entire team is exceptional. Dr. Con is not only a brilliant orthodontist but also a genuinely kind person. He and the hygienists are so gentle and careful during every appointment; my treatment has been mostly pain-free, which is a huge relief. The front-desk staff are all so warm and friendly, too, making every visit a positive one. To anyone thinking about getting braces, I can't recommend this practice enough. They give you a beautiful new smile and a compassionate team that makes you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Dr Con was my last resort to fix my mouth as numerous orthodontists said I needed surgery on my Jaw. He was able to straighten and perfectly align my teeth without surgery. My teeth originally sat on top of eachother (possible underbite) which was fixed and now I have a 1 to 2mm overbite, completely stabilised with the gold wire (highly recommend getting the gold wire). My braces were on from 2010 to 2013. I saw Dr Con last week and he said my teeth are exceptionally straight and stabilised. I dont wear the night guards ( they have been lost ) and considering I dont wear them, everything has stayed in place. I am getting new guards made this week. Dr Con did an amazing job and his workmanship is second to none. It's worth going to see him, no matter your age, he will do what is needed to correct what needs correcting. Your smile will radiate with Dr Con ☺️

So happy with my results from Dr Con — my teeth are perfectly straight and the braces were 100% worth it. Amazing care and I couldn’t be more pleased with my smile. Highly recommend!
