Excellent experience from beginning to end- we were treated with nothing but professionalism. Everything was explained every step of the way in a way that my nine year old felt comfortable with and understood. Dr Duncan was absolutely phenomenal and picked up the problem with her teeth straight away. Will highly recommend this orthodontic practice.

Have previously had braces though as my retainer broke and I don’t have a wire my teeth began to shift without wearing my retainer at night, they also moved quicker than normal as I’m currently pregnant so started to become visibly unaligned. I booked a consultation and explained this situation over the phone to ensure they provide minor readjustments and not only full treatment packages, as although they had become unaligned this had happened previously where I only needed a course of approx 3-4 retainers to resolve the problem. Upon arriving for my consultation they informed me they only provide a set cost treatment plan where patients are required to have 10 retainers regardless. As I didn’t require a full treatment package from previously having braces and only requiring minor readjustments, I was offered either a $595 retainer to be made that wouldn’t correct the changes and just keep my teeth as they are, otherwise they offered to take photos of my teeth and consult with their orthodontist about a short term course but couldn’t give me a quote. I was told I’d receive a phone call within a couple of days. It’s been just under two weeks and I have never heard back from them, not even a phone call to explain why there’s a delay with an update and even more frustrating I explained to them that without arranging a retainer soon my teeth will continue to shift and become worse resulting in more retainers to restraighen. Can only assume I haven’t heard back as I’m not a customer they’re going to get $7,000 out of so they don’t care to provide care for me. Only rated two stars as everyone I spoke to was polite but a complete waste of time as I explained my situation prior to the consultation, waited a week for an appointment and have heard nothing for 3 weeks where I could’ve just started my treatment elsewhere in the meantime. Having had braces before I wouldn’t waste my time in a place that doesn’t offer individualised care and instead cons customers into a set treatment plan vs a treatment plan tailored to their actual needs.

My experience so far has been great! Ive worked with Dr Shayne and Dr Laura and the whole process leading up to my treatment has been so smooth and encouraging. They are so accommodating and kind, and so open to questions! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing team in Norwood, easy to schedule appointments and amazing service overall from front desk to everyone who worked in my treatment.
