Absolutely fantastic, all staff are so lovely and warm. First time meeting Dr Jasper Lee and he was just amazing and so thorough, explained everything appropriately, and was so kind and easy to talk to. I've never had a dentist experience feel actually positive (rather than neutral or bad) but I felt really comfortable here and felt like I left knowing more about my body!
Very disappointed with this dentist. My appointment was cancelled twice, and 3rd times they called me only about 10 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know. It’s extremely inconvenient, especially when you’ve already planned your day around the appointment and traveled there. After the third time this happened, it felt very unprofessional and unreliable. I understand that things can come up, but cancelling at the last minute multiple times shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. this also happens to my partner so is not just one time situation .
Highly recommend Dr Jasper Lee. He was so professional and so helpful. I’m a very nervous patient and he really put me at ease when I had to have a filling. He was very helpful taking me through a sleep study, which is much easier than having a sleep apnoea machine. I look forward to the second instalment of this procedure to help me with my snoring and not keeping my partner awake!
Very little wait time. Bonnie greeted me with her usual enthusiasm & we had a little chat before the teeth cleaning took place. Bonnie, as always explained what she would be doing. My early experience as a child at the dentist was horrific, so I am so grateful to have Bonnie and Richard guide me through the procedures with their gentle approach and encouraging manner. Thank you for your care.
Really positive experience from the moment I made my booking. The reception team are pleasant and competent with new clients. Jasper my new dentist was absolutely lovely so jolly and compassionate. Bonnie my new hygienist is kind , caring and also compassionate. Really pleased I have found my new dental team. Thanks : )
