I had an excellent experience at Bupa Dental Goodwood and couldn’t be more grateful for the professionalism and care I received. I attended for a second opinion, and from the beginning the experience was thorough, transparent, and reassuring. The dentist carefully measured my gums, took X-rays, and explained everything clearly. An assistant was present throughout, and all procedures were performed to a very high standard. The dentist took the time to explain my condition in a calm and honest way, confirming that I do not have periodontal disease or bone loss, only mild gingivitis affecting two teeth. I really appreciated how clearly and respectfully this was communicated. My entire mouth was properly cleaned, I was provided with a bib, lip care was applied, and the environment felt professional, private, and hygienic. I never felt rushed or pressured, and every step was explained before being carried out. Overall, this was a professional, transparent, and patient-focused experience. I left feeling confident, informed, and well cared for. I would highly recommend Bupa Dental Goodwood to anyone looking for honest advice and high-quality dental care.

I have no hesitation in recommending Bupa Dental Goodwood. I have been attending this practice for many years. I travel over an hour for the exceptional care and service I receive. My Dentist Franco is just wonderful and always ensures I understand fully what is happening with my teeth and has made me so happy over the years with his dedication and care. The work he has done with my teeth over the years has boosted my confidence and I smilea lot more. My hygienist Rachel is the absolute best. Her dedication to my oral health is so professional that I know I am in good hands with her and she is also a really friendly, warm and lovely person. I always look forward to my clean visits. The admin staff are friendly and always willing to help with appointments. I would not go anywhere else.

I had some serious dental trauma in the past and these guys have helped me overcome it, the staff are always kind and attentive. they check in with you while working to ensure you are comfortable and for those who've experienced dental trauma, it makes a huge difference.

Was a bit dubious about finding a new Dentist BUT, was very happy to find this practise. Needed some urgent work done on a tooth giving me a lot of pain. Gave Bupa Goodwood a go, I found a Modern , Clean friendly well run Organisation with an Excellent Very Professional Dentist in Dr Andrew Murdock & Co.!! Glad to find my New Clinic....Great.

Very professional and friendly people that helps you to maintain your mouth in an optimal condition. What I like the most is the reminders so you don’t miss your appointments, the flexibility they have to find you a time slot when you have an emergency, and the good quality surgeons they refer you/or your kids when a major dental procedure is required (they tailor the advice based on the job that has to be done).
