I have been a patient at Bupa Dental Adelaide (50 Grenfell St) for over six years, and I can confidently say it is the best dental practice I have ever visited. I am incredibly grateful for my dentist, Dr. Marcus Chua. When I first started seeing him, my teeth were extremely sensitive due to wedge-shaped defects and improper care. Thanks to his meticulous treatment and expert care, my teeth are now completely healthy. Dr. Chua is not only technically brilliant but also incredibly gentle and patient, which made every visit comfortable. What impressed me most was his commitment to my long-term oral health. Once my teeth were in optimal condition, he thoughtfully referred me to a fantastic orthodontist, allowing for a seamless transition into my orthodontic journey. This kind of comprehensive, patient-centered care is truly rare. The entire team at the clinic is consistently welcoming, professional, and friendly, making every interaction a positive experience. I cannot appreciate Dr. Marcus Chua and Bupa Dental Adelaide enough.
Just had my extraction done. Thought i'd be in a lot of pain by now as I have had previous extractions before and I usually cannot sleep the first 3 nights. However, I'm strangely not feeling anything??? I have to give my thanks to the skilled dentist (dr Marcus I think) who performed my procedure and gave me meds.
Hygienist and dr was great. Very professional my teeth look and feel great. Some head office processes are extending paperwork time and is a detriment to the customer experience.
I rang this dentist in need of treatment to be completed on my son after the dentist we were seeing cancelled on us. Although this clinic didn't have availability, Janet went above and beyond and called around other clinics for an appointment for us and to find the proper treatment my son needed. Her act of kindness took a massive toll off my shoulders and she deserves to be recognised for her exceptional customer service.
Dr Shelley always provides high-quality care and only recommends treatments that are genuinely necessary. I always feel well looked after and the entire team are friendly and professional.
