Today (9th Feb), I had peridontal procedures done by Dr I He. I was anxious, as usual, but Dr He was the most comforting, gentle, professional & caring Dr I have met in dendistry. Very easily, I new he took great care & interest in his profession The nurse present was also caring & calming (I have forgotten her name) I would highly recommend Dr Isaac He to anyone. Thankyou Dr He & his nurse

Visited Paul McHugh for my second implant over the years and was impressed again with the caring nature of he and his staff. I forgot my appointment due to a bicycle accident,they rang me and treated me wonderfully. Thankyou to Paul and the nurses and reception staff for there treatment. 😀

A/Professor Andre Bendyk is highly experienced in periodontics and implant dentistry. I’ve had three implants with Dr Bendyk over the past 10 years, and each procedure has been carried out with exceptional skill and care, delivering outstanding results. If I ever need further implants, I know I’ll be in the best hands. I’d also like to thank Sally Hinora for looking after my dental hygiene with such professionalism and care. My experience at Adelaide Periodontal & Implant Professionals was a mix of exceptional care and disappointment. Last year, my dentist referred me to Dr. Bendyk for periodontal treatment. During the initial visit, Dr. Bendyk explained the treatment plan, which would be conducted over four sessions. The first three sessions were performed by Dr. Goh, while Dr. Bendyk would handle the final session and check-up. The first three sessions with Dr. Goh were excellent. Dr. Goh provided a smooth and painless experience, explaining each step of the procedure in detail. After each session, he would hand me a mirror to show and explain the work that had been done. He even gave me an interdental brush and reminded me how to maintain my teeth. His caring and gentle approach made me feel well taken care of, and his hospitality was truly outstanding. However, the final session with Dr. Bendyk was a stark contrast. The experience was direct and painful, and Dr. Bendyk did not provide the same level of explanation or care. He did not give me a mirror to show the work done, nor did he explain the procedure. Instead, he simply told me the treatment was finished and to come back in four months for a follow-up, handing me a prescription I had never received in the previous sessions. This left me questioning the consistency of care between the two professionals. To make matters worse, when I returned home, I noticed my gums were bleeding and in pain—something that did not happen during the first three sessions. Overall, the service at Adelaide Periodontal & Implant Professionals is good, but the hospitality and consistency need improvement. As a patient, I would prefer to receive the same level of care and hospitality from the same dentist throughout my treatment. The difference between Dr. Goh and Dr. Bendyk’s approaches felt like going from heaven to hell. In the spirit of Will Guidara’s Unreasonable Hospitality, I would suggest that the clinic strive for consistency in patient care. As Guidara writes, “It’s not about the grand gestures; it’s about the thoughtful, consistent, and intentional acts of care that make the difference.” Ensuring that every patient receives the same level of detailed explanation, gentle care, and follow-up—regardless of which dentist performs the procedure—would elevate the experience and make patients feel truly valued. While I appreciate the good service, I hope the clinic takes this feedback to heart and works toward a more unified and patient-centered approach.

I am a nervous with Dental Procedures. I was lucky enough to see The Associate Professor Andre Bendyk with his assisant Samantha. They explained everything with a plan in moving forward for a better smile. Wonderful, caring and put my mind at ease. I then received immediate treatment from a Hygienist named Kristie. I thought it might be painful yet this lady was just so gentle with me and it did not hurt at all. A lovely Lady to say the least. The best experience with a specialist practice I have had. The reception staff were also lovely, sympathetic, and had smiles on their faces. I will be returning. I could not recommend these professionals more.
