The whole team, from the friendly reception staff to the patient consultant, dental assistants, and of course, Dr. Austin Wu, made me feel welcome and confident in the process. I started my clear aligners treatment on the same day as my consultation (Paid for it and prepped for the aligners to arrive), which was super convenient. The entire process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever and the results were nothing short of incredible! Not only did my teeth become straighter, but I also felt much more confident in my appearance. This is especially important for me since I'm in a prominent role where I do a lot of public speaking. After completing my aligners, I sat down with Dr. Wu to discuss other areas of my smile. We decided on gum contouring and teeth whitening, and again, the results were incredible. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
